Leo Feola
Leo began his career over 20 years ago as a carpenter’s apprentice. Over the years he quickly evolved and went on to become a superintendent, project manager, and owner’s representative for both regionals and NJ based development construction firms. His reputation and impressive track record lead to several requests from clients and developers to oversee multi-million-dollar commercial, residential, and mixed-use construction projects. Leo’s solid reputation amongst his peers and consistent track record of successfully taking large-scale projects from contract development through construction completion despite potential logistical challenges separates him from the rest. Leo has been involved in the construction of nearly 2,000 units.
Leo’s true passion is taking raw land and creating a home or repurpose an existing commercial property. He has always been a leader in residential renovations but can bring the most value when the home owner can trust in his guidance. There are very few builders in Bergen County New Jersey that can produce a product consistently that meets the high expectations expected of a contractor each day.
Leo’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the management of large teams of field personnel and subcontractors ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality standards, plans and specifications. In addition, he is an expert in the management of design professionals, while adhering to production targets of ownership with the ability to quickly and creatively resolve issues as they occur.
On Leo’s downtime, he enjoys unwinding at his home in Franklin Lakes with his beautiful wife and daughter. He and his wife enjoy hosting at home and cooking for family and friends.
Frank Cardone
Frank’s background brings a distinguished track record of operations success through improved efficiency, cost savings, strong EBITDA, and driving revenue. As the former Vice President of Operations of the healthcare portfolio that generated $110 million in revenue and employed 2,000 people, Frank remained a key member of the leadership team involved with strategic decision making. He was recognized for team leadership and staff development; saw minimal turnover of highly productive employees. Many on his staff saw promotions. He was tasked with managing senior staff, including CFO, Regional Quality Assurance Nurse, Director of Clinical Operations, Director of Payroll, Director of Reimbursement, Controller, EMR Specialist, and Risk Management team. Frank’s earlier years after attending Seton Hall University combines operational excellence with sales acumen; consistently in top 10% of sales producers over a 10+ year period.
His current responsibilities at Cornerstone Builders Group include, but are not limited to the development, design, operation and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the firm’s products and services. He ensures that business operations are efficient and effective and that the proper management of resources, distribution of goods and services to clients, and analysis of queue systems is conducted. Ensure all construction projects are performed in quality manner, maintain good relations with clients, owners and institutions. Manages and trends company financial goals, objectives, cash management, and budget.
Frank is the father of two beautiful girls and married to his high school sweetheart. They currently live in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. He enjoys staying active, reading for personal and professional growth, spending time with close family and friends eating terrific food and drinking fantastic wine.
